We appreciate that moving can be an extremely stressful and busy time, especially if you’re moving from the family home where you’ve spent many years and made a lifetime of memories.

Having assisted Jodie’s mum with a move into retirement living, we realised that the service, support and compassion needed at this time wasn’t being provided by one business alone – and so, Serendipity Moves was born!

Serendipity Moves will be with you every step of the way, supporting you to make difficult decisions and helping to ensure nothing is overlooked or forgotten. We’ll also bring the muscle and deal with the physical aspects of moving, all the while working with you and your family to tailor our service to your particular move.

Who we are

Jodie has a background in design and colour consulting and would love to decorate each and every one of your rooms to help bring out the very best from your prized possessions. She has a keen eye for artwork and layout and will work with you to create a floorpan that optimises space, functionality and safety in your new home. A qualified Professional Organiser with NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organising), Jodie will guide you through the sometimes challenging process of downsizing.

Greg has worked extensively with furniture, freight and logistics for over 30 years and has moved thousands of boxes and consignments, both locally, interstate and overseas. He’s a problem solver and gets the job done on time without a fuss – whatever hurdles present themselves along the way. Greg is also a member of NASMM, the National Association of Senior & Speciality Move Managers and will handle all of your possessions like they were his own. He will ensure all of those worrying tech and electronics issues are resolved and your transition into your new home is seamless.
